When I opened Latour's doors in 1998, I never imagined we'd still be welcoming guests to this same corner of Ridgewood nearly thirty years later. Every dish that leaves our kitchen carries the same care it did on our very first night, and it means more than I can say when that care gets noticed — by the writers, critics, and neighbors who've taken the time to sit down, share a meal, and put their thoughts to paper.
